Lumen is a personalized transitional program for neurodiverse young adults located in Gainesville, Georgia.
We work closely with each individual to create tailored growth plans that foster interdependence, resilience, and a sense of community. Through real-world experiences, our clients build and practice essential life skills, strengthen social awareness, and gain the confidence to navigate adulthood with purpose.
At Lumen, we help neurodiverse young adults build self‑efficacy—the belief in their ability to succeed - while learning the value of interdependence. Through real‑world practice and collaborative support, they gain confidence in their own skills while discovering how connection and community strengthen their path toward interdependence.

MENTORSHIP
Lumen is specifically designed to provide individualized coaching and mentorship to individuals with diverse needs. With a comprehensive team of experienced professionals, we empower our young adults to build the necessary social, executive functioning, and essential daily living skills to foster self-efficacy and achieve their goals.
SKILL-BUILDING
Through individualized guidance, community engagement, parent coaching, and a safe, nurturing environment, we work to help neurodiverse young adults build essential life skills and succeed in their personalized journey towards interdependence.
INTERDEPENDENCE
Fostering a culture of interdependence encourages our participants to navigate life with more supportive relationships and networks within the community. Interdependence helps young adults build a stronger foundation for balanced emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual growth… ultimately leading to a healthy level of identity development.
